The Shenmu Tianyuan diesel quality Improvement and efficiency Enhancement Project was successfully started up
On February 13th, the 300,000-ton/year diesel quality improvement and efficiency enhancement project of Shenmu Tianyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was successfully started up and produced qualified products, which is of great significance for extending the industrial chain and improving economic benefits.
This project will produce new products such as high cetane number diesel, paint and cleaning solvents, transformer oil, and rubber plasticizer naphthenic mineral oil through deep processing of existing diesel. Since the start of construction, Tianyuan Company has strengthened compliance management and safety management, making every effort to ensure the efficient construction of the project. At the same time, adhering to the concept of "one day earlier completion, one day earlier effect", we have truly broken down the target tasks to monthly and weekly levels, and precisely arranged the work for each piece of equipment and each pipeline. We have strived to overcome many unfavorable construction factors such as scorching heat, rainy days, severe cold, small construction sites, and numerous cross-operations, strengthened service guarantees, and efficiently coordinated and advanced the work. In just nine months, the goal of completing the handover by the end of November 2024 and meeting the conditions for material feeding and trial operation by the end of December was achieved. Compared with similar production facilities, the construction period was shortened by more than one year, setting a "fast pace" for the project construction.
On January 2nd of this year, the start-up oil supply unit of the project began trial operation. On January 5th, gas was introduced into the heating furnace of the device to light the furnace and start the drying of the furnace bundle. On January 20th, the device introduced the desorption agent and established a thermal cycle to start dehydration. On February 5th, the drying work of the adsorbent was completed and the system was debugged... One by one, the driving nodes are being carried out and advanced as planned.
To ensure the successful start-up of the project in one go, the company adheres to the principle of overall optimization and steady progress. It strictly implements the overall plan for the test run, and conducts high-quality personnel training, purging, pressure testing, air tightness testing, single-machine test run, interlocking test run, and system drying, etc. It also deeply investigates potential risks in aspects such as processes, equipment, and instruments, laying a solid foundation for the project to achieve safe, efficient, and stable start-up. During the Spring Festival, a cold wave hit and the temperature dropped sharply. The staff and workers of Tianyuan Company resolutely remained at their posts and fought on the front line, working day and night and putting in extra hours. They overcame various difficulties in winter start-up and spared no effort to ensure that the project could complete the entire process smoothly and achieve the set goal of successful start-up in one go and production of qualified products as scheduled.
