On May 18th, the Employment Alliance of the Chemical and Pharmaceutical Industry of Hebei Province was established in Shijiazhuang. The alliance aims to promote the sharing of employment guidance service resources among universities, facilitate high-quality employment for graduates, and serve the development of the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

This alliance was initiated and established by Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational and Technical College, in collaboration with Hebei University of Science and Technology and Hebei Vocational and Technical University of Industry. It was formed by a total of 12 universities including Shijiazhuang Vocational and Technical College, as well as 30 chemical and pharmaceutical enterprises such as Hebei Chengxin Group Co., LTD. The main tasks of the alliance include: employment information release and sharing services, promoting the in-depth integration of schools and enterprises, and building an employment guidance platform, etc.
Zhang Bingzhu, the Party Secretary of Hebei Chemical and Pharmaceutical Vocational and Technical College, stated that the establishment of this alliance can coordinate high-quality resources, optimize resource allocation and sharing, deepen school-enterprise cooperation in talent cultivation, strengthen the construction of the employment guidance system, and comprehensively enhance the efficiency of employment work and the quality of talent cultivation.
Sun Fuqiang, a member of the Party Group and deputy director of the Department of Education of Hebei Province, said that this alliance is the first officially established employment alliance in Hebei Province. He hopes that the alliance can be developed into a research platform for high-quality employment of college students, an integrated service platform for school-local connection, and a resource sharing platform for alliance universities, promoting in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises and facilitating high-quality and full employment of graduates.
Zhao Hua, a second-level inspector of the Department of Human Resources and Social Security of Hebei Province, pointed out that the establishment of the alliance is conducive to the in-depth integration of schools and enterprises, achieving complementary advantages and resource sharing.
