The Junzheng BDO project, which was constructed by Shaanxi Chemical Construction, has been put into operation ahead of schedule
On May 18th, the first phase of the green environmental protection circular industry project of Inner Mongolia Junzheng Chemical Co., LTD., which was constructed by Shaanxi Chemical Construction Company and has an annual output of 2× 600,000 tons of BDO and 2× 1,000,000 tons of PBAT/PBS/PBT/PTMEG, was officially put into operation, one month ahead of the expected target.
The completion and commissioning of this project have achieved the closure of the entire chemical industry chain including coking, methanol, BDO and PTMEG, further consolidating and enhancing the comprehensive competitive edge of Junzheng Chemical's existing industry chain. It is also the third complete chemical industry chain closure project completed and put into operation by Shaanxi Chemical Construction in Wuhai, Inner Mongolia in recent years, following the Dongjing BDO project and the GBL project. It has expanded the company's influence in the northwest region.
Since the project started in April 2023, the project management team of Shaanxi Chemical Construction has overcome many unfavorable factors such as winter construction and strong winds. They have adhered to the approach of "high overlap, close integration, independent efforts, and simultaneous advancement", and adopted advanced construction measurement equipment such as laser alignment instruments for the alignment and installation of transmission equipment. This not only improved the alignment accuracy but also significantly shortened the construction period. Comprehensively adopt QR code technology to enhance the management of technical quality, materials and machinery, personnel safety, etc., and improve the refined and scientific level of project management. With the joint efforts of the participating workers, A total of 391 static equipment units, 205 dynamic equipment units, 284,866 DIN process pipelines, 4,088 meters of electrical cable trays, 145,711 meters of electrical cables, 186 electrical equipment units, 6,065 meters of instrument cable trays, 1,016,917 meters of instrument cables, 145 instrument equipment units, 9,423 meters of air source pipes, 10,023 meters of electric heating tapes, etc. have been installed The task is to be completed and handed over on April 1, 2024.
