The Xinjiang Xinji Energy Project has been fully connected and successfully produced urea
On May 15th, with the completion of the filling of the first batch of large-particle urea products, the 6th section of the circular economy joint chemical project of Xinjiang Xinji Energy Chemical Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinji Energy") successfully completed its first trial run, marking the full connection of this modern nitrogen fertilizer production base.

Section 6, as the final section of the entire project, includes the terminal conversion stage of the urea production line, which can directly process liquid urea into finished products such as agricultural urea and vehicle urea.
It is learned that Xinji Energy's 1.5 million tons/year urea production adopts the carbon dioxide stripping technology of Stamika Bon in the Netherlands. The produced urea will be used as the feed for the coupling of the melamine plant, as well as for the daily production of 1,560 tons of small granular urea and 1,098 tons of large granular urea.
According to Zhang Chenggang, the chief representative of the Beijing representative office of the Dutch company Stamicabang, currently, domestic users of Stamicabang's ultra-low energy consumption urea technology include Jiangxi Xinlianxin, Hubei Sanning Chemical, Henan Xinlianxin Group, Xinji Energy, Shandong Lianmeng Chemical, Jiangsu Huachang Chemical, Shandong Runyin, etc.
The Xinji Energy project adopts the technologies of Jinhua Boiler water-coal slurry gasification (waste boiler process), shift, low-temperature methanol washing, liquid nitrogen washing, sulfur recovery, ammonia freezing, 15MPa ammonia synthesis, CO₂ stripping urea, high-pressure melamine, high-tower compound fertilizer, and fluidized bed compound fertilizer.
The Xinji Energy project is located in the Shuangfeng Circular Economy Industrial Park, Tiemenguan City, Second Division of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps. After completion, it will form a production line with an annual output of 1.5 million tons of new water-soluble compound fertilizer, 300,000 tons of diesel engine exhaust treatment agent and 120,000 tons of melamine, etc. It will become the largest nitrogen fertilizer production base in Xinjiang.
