The first export order of Guoneng Green Hydrogen to Beijing has been delivered
At 10:50 on May 23rd, with the completion of the final security check, a long tube trailer fully loaded with 99.999% pure green hydrogen from Guoneng set off for Beijing for export at the Chicheng Hydrogen Production Plant of the Hebei Branch of Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company) of China Energy Group. After three hours, the first vehicle of Guoneng Green Hydrogen smoothly arrived at the Qingyuan Street 919 hydrogen refueling station of Sinopec Sales Co., LTD. Beijing Petroleum Branch, completing all hydrogen unloading operations and providing hydrogen energy supply for Beijing's hydrogen energy buses. The first export order of Guoneng Green hydrogen to Beijing was successfully delivered, marking a new breakthrough in the commercial application of green hydrogen by the National Energy Group. With the new achievements of the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, it has opened up a continuous "green hydrogen artery" to be transported to Beijing.
The development of renewable hydrogen is an important approach to the implementation of the "dual carbon" strategy. The State Energy Group has set a commercial benchmark for the hydrogen energy industry by exporting high-purity green hydrogen to Beijing. As the first project to obtain the official evaluation certificate for renewable hydrogen from the National Energy Group, the Chicheng Hydrogen Production Plant of Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company) uses its self-built wind farm "green electricity" electrolytic water hydrogen production + purification process to produce green hydrogen. The green hydrogen supplied to Sinopec this time has passed the full-process technical evaluation in accordance with the world's first green hydrogen standard T/CAB 0078-2020 "Standards and Evaluations for Low-Carbon Hydrogen, Clean Hydrogen and Renewable Hydrogen" released by the China Hydrogen Energy Alliance. It is the cleanest among the three types of hydrogen. In terms of carbon emissions per unit of hydrogen, the threshold for renewable hydrogen is 4.9 kilograms of carbon dioxide equivalent per kilogram of hydrogen, and at the same time, renewable hydrogen requires that its hydrogen production energy be renewable energy. The total hydrogen production capacity of the project is 4,000 standard cubic meters per hour. The rated hydrogen production capacity of the first phase is 2,000 standard cubic meters per hour, and it can produce 4,200 kilograms of hydrogen per day. It has achieved long-term commercial production and operation of green hydrogen for production, storage, transportation and use, and can effectively meet the hydrogen energy demand of the surrounding areas of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.

Hydrogen energy is a key link for the State Energy Group in its transformation towards the green and low-carbon field and in creating new quality productivity. State Energy Group is making efforts to cultivate the hydrogen energy strategic emerging industry. It has formed a green hydrogen energy industrial chain and a hydrogen energy innovation service chain, achieving a breakthrough from "0 to 1" and taking the lead in the country. Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company) has built a hydrogen energy "six stations and three plants" around the "two horizontal and one vertical" hydrogen energy development pattern, and initially established a full-chain commercial production and operation system for green hydrogen production, storage, transportation and application.
The strong alliance between China Energy Group and Sinopec has successfully connected the supply chain of green hydrogen from China Energy Group to Beijing, marking a new achievement in the integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company) Hebei Branch supplies hydrogen to Sinopec Beijing Petroleum every day, which can ensure the refueling of 88 hydrogen fuel cell buses. The cumulative mileage is approximately 17,600 kilometers, achieving a carbon reduction of 14.08 tons. This will effectively optimize Beijing's energy consumption structure and provide an important guarantee for Beijing to build a green and low-carbon energy system. Help build an upgraded version of the central enterprises' green hydrogen production, storage and transportation innovation consortium. The subsequent plan is to combine the hydrogen safety monitoring and hydrogen quality detection technological achievements independently developed by Guohua Investment (Hydrogen Energy Company) and Guoneng Hydrogen Innovation, and carry out commercial application cooperation with Sinopec Beijing Company.
