Notice of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shaanxi Province on Issuing the "Technical Guidelines for Difficult Issues in Fire Protection Design, Review and Acceptance of Buildings in Shaanxi Province (2025 Edition)
Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureaus of all prefecture-level cities, Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau of Yangling Demonstration Zone, and all relevant units:
The two full-text mandatory engineering construction standards, namely the "General Code for Fire Protection Facilities" GB 55036-2022 and the "General Code for Fire Protection in Buildings" GB 55037-2022, came into effect on March 1 and June 1, 2023 respectively. In accordance with the principles and requirements of the above two general norms, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shaanxi Province, with the fundamental goal of ensuring the fire safety of engineering construction and in light of the practical needs of its work, has initiated the revision of the "Technical Guidelines for Difficult Issues in Fire Protection Design, Review and Acceptance of Buildings in Shaanxi Province (2021 Edition)". The revised draft has absorbed relevant opinions through public consultation, organizing symposiums and other means, and invited relevant experts to review it.
The "Technical Guidelines for Difficult Issues in Fire Protection Design, Review and Acceptance of Buildings in Shaanxi Province (2025 Edition)" is hereby issued. Please ensure its implementation.
