The first phase of the Hehai New Energy Lanzhou Clean and Smart Heat Source Project has been put into operation

Recently, the first phase of the Lanzhou Clean and Smart Heat Source Project of River and Sea New Energy, constructed by China National Chemical 13th Chemical Construction, has been successfully put into trial operation. From the start of the project to the official trial operation of the heat pump unit, it only took 77 days, setting a new record for the fastest construction speed of similar projects and creating a case of the fastest connection of heating in similar projects.

 

 

 

The Hehai New Energy Lanzhou Clean and Smart Heat Source Project is located in Jinya Town, Yuzhong County, Lanzhou City, covering an area of approximately 2.93 hectares. This project marks the first large-scale application of the internationally leading corrugated plate superconducting heat core magnetic levitation centrifugal heat pump technology in the northwest region. By extracting the large amount of waste heat generated during the production process of steel companies, it heats and raises the temperature of the municipal heat source return water, further enhancing the cogeneration heating capacity. After the overall completion of the project, it is expected to provide about 12 million square meters of urban basic heating area, save about 120 million cubic meters of natural gas consumption annually, reduce 322,000 tons of carbon dioxide emissions, 1,046 tons of sulfur dioxide emissions, 910 tons of nitrogen oxide emissions and 83,000 tons of dust emissions annually, significantly lower the consumption of natural gas and other energy sources, and reduce pollutant emissions. Help the heating industry in Lanzhou City achieve high-quality and green development.

 

At present, the first phase of the project has formed a heating capacity of 67.5 megawatts. Next, the 13th Chemical Construction will thoroughly implement the "135" development strategy and the "123456" work approach of China National Chemical Corporation, comprehensively enhance the lean management level of the project, accelerate the subsequent engineering construction, and ensure that the project is fully completed and put into use before the heating season from 2025 to 2026
