The China-SCO Sustainable Development Industry Cooperation Conference was held in Tianjin
On April 10th, the 9th meeting of the Investment Promotion Working Group of the Member States of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization was held in Tianjin, and the China-Shanghai Cooperation Organization Sustainable Development Industry Cooperation Conference was held concurrently. Nearly 400 representatives from governments and enterprises of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) countries gathered in Binhai New Area, Tianjin, to discuss cooperation plans for sustainable development under the theme of the "SCO Year of Sustainable Development".

It is reported that this conference takes "Sustainable Development Industrial Cooperation" as its theme, focusing on issues such as opening up to the outside world, industrial upgrading, and investment promotion, and exploring new models and paths for sustainable development. The conference shared the sustainable development plans, opportunities and cooperation projects of the countries and industries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, and promoted investment cooperation in key areas such as energy, petrochemicals, mining and infrastructure. The project signing process involved 18 projects from 8 countries, with a total signed amount of 4.795 billion yuan.

In addition, the conference also held three special sessions on energy, infrastructure, and mining and petrochemicals to promote high-quality projects. This event is an important measure for China to implement the theme of the "Year of Sustainable Development of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization", and will inject new impetus into investment cooperation and sustainable development among the countries of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization.
