The detailed design review of the Huajin Amei Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Engineering Project has been completed
On April 9th, Huajin United Petrochemical held the final review meeting for the detailed design of fine chemical and raw material engineering projects. A specially invited expert team, along with the leadership and relevant departments of the Civil Products Industry Department of the Group Company, Huajin United Petrochemical, and each detailed design unit, attended the meeting.
The expert team reported the detailed design review opinions that lasted for three months. The opinion points out that each detailed design unit has effectively implemented the previous review opinions of the basic design experts. The PID (Pipeline and instrument flow diagrams) of 32 sets of process equipment and public auxiliary facilities comply with relevant design specifications and standards. The HAZOP (Hazard and Operability Analysis) and SIL (Safety Integrity Level Assessment) analysis opinions previously proposed by experts have been effectively implemented. More than 200 design optimizations proposed during the detailed design process are reasonable. 90% of the models of 32 sets of process equipment and public auxiliary facilities have passed the review. The implementation of the budget estimate at the current stage is controllable.
At present, the detailed design work of the project has been basically completed and passed the review of industry experts, fully demonstrating the technical maturity and design feasibility of the project. Huajin United Petrochemical will carefully digest the review opinions, deeply coordinate with all design units, continue to strengthen design tracking, and spare no effort to strive for the overall goal of mechanical completion.
