Sinopec has invited National People's Congress deputies to give lectures
On March 21st, the Party Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as the "China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation") organized a special report meeting to study and implement the spirit of the Two Sessions and the symposium for private enterprises. Li Yunpeng, the Party Secretary of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, presided over the meeting.
The conference specially invited Liao Zengtai, a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, vice president of the Fifth Council of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, and Party Secretary and Chairman of Wanhua Chemical Group Co., LTD., and Xu Guanjun, a deputy to the 14th National People's Congress, member of the Consultative Committee of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, member of the National Development Planning Committee for the 14th Five-Year Plan, and Chairman of Transfar Group Co., LTD., to deliver reports respectively. From the perspective of enterprise development, they shared their understanding and insights on the spirit of the Two Sessions and the symposium for private enterprises, and put forward suggestions in areas such as technological innovation, industrial upgrading, and green development, providing guidance and reference for the next steps of the work of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation.

The China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association is a "China" and "national-level" industry association. It should always keep in mind the "big picture of the country", persist in taking the promotion of building a strong petrochemical country as an important political task of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Association, and take high-quality development as the hard truth of the new era. Li Yunpeng pointed out that China's petroleum and chemical industry is currently at a critical period of transformation from old to new growth drivers. It must follow a new path of industrialization, take scientific and technological innovation as the lead, vigorously develop new quality productive forces, promote the green and intelligent development of the industry, accelerate the leap of the industrial chain from the low end to the medium and high end, and accelerate China's progress from a major petrochemical country to a powerful petrochemical country.
Nearly 400 people attended the study session, including members of the theoretical study center Group of the Party Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, all cadres and staff of the Federation, personnel from its branches, deputy middle-level and above cadres from various associations, societies, research societies and enterprises and institutions within the system, non-Party members within the system, all members of the youth theoretical study group, active applicants for Party membership, personnel promoted in the past three years and key position staff.
