China Petroleum & Chemical Corporation has launched a study and education campaign to thoroughly implement the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation
On March 20th, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation) launched the study and education work on thoroughly implementing the spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation in Beijing, and made mobilization and deployment, demanding that it be fully launched, fully advanced and efficiently implemented. Zhao Jungui, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee, vice president and secretary-general of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, read out the "Implementation Plan of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation on Deeply Implementing the Spirit of the Central Eight-point Regulation" (hereinafter referred to as the "Implementation Plan").
The meeting demanded that all levels of Party organizations should earnestly organize the study of the "Implementation Plan", promptly initiate and advance it, and fully ensure its implementation. First, we should enhance our political stance and deeply understand the significant meaning of conducting in-depth study and education on the implementation of the Central Eight-point Regulation. Second, we should grasp the target requirements and promote all the work related to study, investigation and rectification in an integrated manner in light of the actual situation. Third, we should strengthen organizational leadership to ensure that responsibilities are implemented in place, that learning and education are carried out in depth and solidly, and that the rectification work of the inspection is continuously deepened in the process of learning and education.
The meeting emphasized that in the process of advancing the work, it is necessary to carry out solid study and discussion, and make efforts in the "depth" aspect. Focus closely on key issues to be identified and make efforts in terms of accuracy. We should make solid efforts in the concentrated rectification and focus on the word "practical". Persist in open learning and make efforts in the word "sincerity".
The meeting made it clear that a working team led by the Party Committee Work Department of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation would be established. Under the leadership of the Party Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, it would guide all levels of Party organizations in the system to complete the start-up work within one week, quickly create a strong atmosphere of learning and education, and ensure that high quality is demonstrated from the very beginning.
