The Shaanxi Yunneng one million tons high-end chemical new Materials Project is being fully advanced
On March 17th, the 1 million-ton high-end chemical new materials project of Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. reached an important milestone - the signing ceremony and groundbreaking meeting for the EPC general contracting project of the acrylic acid combined unit and the detailed design contract of the acrylic ester emulsion unit were held at China National Chemical Corporation SEding Ningbo Engineering Co., LTD. The project has now entered the full implementation stage.

Under the joint witness of the representatives present, Yunneng Fine Chemical Company and Saiding Ningbo Engineering Company signed the detailed design contract for the acrylate emulsion plant first. Subsequently, representatives from the three parties jointly completed the signing of the EPC general contracting contract for the acrylic acid combined plant, and China National Chemical Engineering 13th Construction Co., Ltd. officially joined the project construction team. This signing not only established a complete project execution framework but also provided a solid guarantee for the scientific and standardized advancement of subsequent engineering construction.
As the leading unit of the general contracting, Seding Ningbo Engineering Company systematically reported the overall project construction plan at the groundbreaking meeting. The technical team comprehensively expounded the overall planning scheme of the project from three dimensions: HSE management system, quality control standards, and progress control nodes. In response to technical difficulties such as complex process equipment and high requirements for multi-disciplinary collaboration, they proposed innovative solutions such as modular construction and digital delivery.

It is learned that the 1 million tons/year high-end chemical new materials project of Shaanxi Yuneng Fine Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. is located in the South area of Qingshui Industrial Zone, Yushen Industrial Park, Yulin City, covering an area of 1,500 mu and with a total investment of 10.315 billion yuan. The main facilities for the project construction include a 400,000-ton/year DMTA plant, a 200,000-ton/year ethylene oxide plant, a 200,000-ton/year polyether water reducing agent monomer plant, a 400,000-ton/year polycarboxylate water reducing agent plant, a 260,000-ton/year hydrogen peroxide plant (equivalent to 27.5% concentration), a 100,000-ton/year propylene oxide plant, an 80,000-ton/year acrylic acid plant, and a 120,000-ton/year acrylic acid plant Butyl ester plant, 400,000-ton/year acrylate emulsion plant and the supporting public auxiliary facilities.
