China's oil and gas production achieved a "good start" in the first quarter

Daqing Oilfield, with the determination and state of "starting the year with a decisive battle and beginning with a sprint", has been solidly carrying out meticulous potential tapping of water flooding and precise adjustment of chemical flooding. In the first quarter, the output of water flooding increased by 33,000 tons year-on-year, and the output of oil increased by 46,300 tons. In the chemical flooding positive injection block, various adjustment measures were implemented 4,500 Wells. The crude oil output operated above the planned line, achieving a "good start".
Changqing Oilfield is vigorously implementing a new round of strategic actions for mineral exploration breakthroughs, accelerating the rapid transformation of resources into reserves and reserves into production. In the first three months of this year, the Tarim Oilfield achieved one pre-exploration discovery and two evaluation progress in oil and gas exploration. Centering on the target of increasing natural gas reserves by 500 billion cubic meters, it has been working hard and seizing the opportunity to quickly enter the "spring ploughing" mode. In key exploration areas such as Fuman, Keshen and the front of Kuqa Mountain, Tarim Oilfield has launched a wave of drilling technology breakthroughs, driving a strong breakthrough in the drilling speed of exploration and evaluation Wells and accelerating the search for underground oil and gas "treasures".
In the first quarter, the total oil and gas output of the Bohai Oilfield, China's largest crude oil production base, exceeded 10 million tons for the first time, reaching the best level in the 60 years since its development and construction. Since the beginning of the year, Bohai Oilfield has been vigorously promoting the increase of reserves and production, continuously exploring new areas such as the "Double Ancient" deep layers in the rich hydrocarbon depression around the Bohai Sea, accelerating the evaluation of key oil and gas reservoirs such as Bozhong 8-3 South and Longkou 7-1, and drilling a number of high-quality exploration Wells. By the end of March, the development project (Phase I) of the Bozhong 26-6 oilfield, the world's largest metamorphic rock oilfield, and the comprehensive adjustment project of the Caofeidian 6-4 Oilfield, among others, had been put into operation one after another, continuously strengthening the "hard foundation" for an annual production increase of 40 million tons.
Qinghai Oilfield has set its sights on the first-quarter task targets and taken multiple measures to comprehensively increase production and efficiency. In the first quarter, it produced over 600,000 tons of crude oil and over 1.4 billion cubic meters of natural gas, achieving an efficient start to the first quarter. With the goal of "enhancing the pressure-holding rate and controlling the decline rate", the oilfield has improved the well pattern, refined water flooding, and promoted the multi-directional excavation and enrichment of remaining oil through oil-water linkage. The natural decline rate in the first quarter has been controlled within 2.38%. Based on the stable production in the old revolutionary base areas, we have strengthened measure management and tapped the potential of oil and gas reservoirs. In the first quarter, we completed 359 layers of fracturing measures, with a total of 203 Wells, an increase of 291 layers compared with the same period last year.
In the first quarter, the Northwest Oilfield took the construction of a 10 million ton oil and gas field as its core task, concentrating its efforts on increasing reserves and production, breaking through difficulties and creating efficiency, and ensuring safe production. It promoted a dual improvement in quality and efficiency, producing 1.6824 million tons of crude oil and 992 million cubic meters of natural gas, with an oil and gas equivalent of 2.473 million tons, an increase of 44,500 tons compared with the same period last year, representing a growth of 1.8%. Achieve a "good start".
Sinopec Southwest Oil and Gas Branch is accelerating the construction of three 5-billion-cubic-meter gas fields in western, southern and northeastern Sichuan. It is making every effort to win the three major battles of "stable production, increased production and breakthrough". In the first quarter, it produced a total of 2.625 billion cubic meters of natural gas, an increase of 3.8% year-on-year, with a daily gas production of over 29 million cubic meters.
Zhongyuan Oilfield has been making steady progress in the production increase campaign with an attitude of "starting the year with a sprint". In the first quarter, it produced 335,600 tons of crude oil and 1.893 billion cubic meters of natural gas, both exceeding the plans assigned by Sinopec Group, achieving a "good start" in oil and gas production.
In the first quarter, Sinopec Jianghan Oilfield completed a total of 1.747 million tons of oil and gas equivalent, exceeding the headquarters' plan by 1.67%. Among them, Fuling Shale Gas Company has been in a state of "starting with a sprint", optimizing its production organization. In the first three months, it produced 1.775 billion cubic meters of shale gas and 7,937 tons of shale oil, winning the first leg of the annual oil and gas production relay race with a strong momentum.
