The construction of the learning-oriented association of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation has taken new steps

" On the afternoon of November 29, 2024, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Federation) took a new step in building a learning-oriented association with a highly popular lecture on "Workplace Etiquette".
This lecture aims to enhance the standardization of workplace etiquette among personnel within the Petrochemical Industry Federation system, thereby promoting cultural construction to be more warm, elegant, acceptable and participatory. It has received enthusiastic support and active participation from over 110 middle-aged and young backbone staff from various departments of the Petrochemical Industry Federation, enterprises and institutions within the system, professional associations and academic societies, as well as new employees who have joined in the past five years.
The lecture was held at Chemical Industry Press Co., LTD. Hu Bo, the deputy director of the Party Committee Office of the press (in charge of the work), gave a special training on the theme of "Workplace Etiquette", combining the actual work and focusing on the essence of workplace etiquette and commonly used workplace etiquette norms. The course not only offers theoretical guidance but also includes case analyses, making it lively, interesting and highly practical. It has received widespread praise from the participants.
It is learned that the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation will take this lecture as a new beginning to restart the training and education work for the staff and workers within the federation system. It will carry out a series of special training sessions based on the needs of the staff and the key hotspots of the industry, and gradually expand the training methods and contents to stimulate the internal motivation for training in each department of the headquarters and each unit within the system.
