The Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park was opened
On April 20th, the construction of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park began in Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone.
It is reported that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park is a key characteristic park developed by the CPC Cangzhou Municipal Committee and the Cangzhou Municipal Government, with a planned area of approximately 800 mu. Relying on the existing over 20 electronic chemical manufacturing enterprises in Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone, and leveraging the high-quality resources of universities and research institutions such as Beijing University of Chemical Technology, it has laid out high-end products including photoresist and its supporting reagents, electronic-grade special gases, silicon-carbon anode materials, wet electronic chemicals, and electronic packaging materials. It is expected that by the end of the 15th Five-Year Plan, 25 projects with a total investment of 6.3 billion yuan will be successively launched. The products involved include electronic specialty gases, wet electronic chemicals, electronic packaging materials, etc. Once all of them are put into operation and reach full production capacity, an additional annual output value of 22.6 billion yuan will be added.
The industrial park will develop in five aspects: First, in terms of base construction, it will actively integrate the advantageous resources of the electronic chemicals industry foundation, land planning, and basic supporting facilities in the development zone, and leverage the scientific and technological resources of research institutions and universities such as Beijing University of Chemical Technology to build an important high-end electronic chemicals industrial park in northern China. Second, in terms of product supply guarantee, we will focus on the major national strategies and the coordinated development needs of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and tackle a batch of key, urgently needed and potential products involving photoresists, electronic specialty gases, and special high-purity reagents, to enhance the industry's competitiveness. Third, in terms of scientific and technological research and development, a number of key technologies that are green, safe and intelligent have been broken through. Fourth, in terms of enterprise cultivation, we will foster leading domestic and world-class specialized, refined, distinctive and innovative "little giant" enterprises. Fifth, in terms of agglomeration development, an innovative development system should be established with the high-end electronic chemicals industry as the leading sector, featuring horizontal integration among various industries and collaboration among upstream and downstream enterprises, to enhance the overall competitiveness of the park.
The development of high-end electronic chemicals industry in Cangzhou Lingang Economic Development Zone is highly consistent with the development direction of the national and Hebei Province's chemical industry. The opening of the industrial park is just in time. Li Dong, deputy director of the Raw Materials Division of the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province, pointed out. Focusing on the development of the industrial park, Li Dong put forward three hopes: First, anchor a high positioning, create a benchmark for innovation-driven development, focus on key areas such as photoresist, electronic specialty gases and wet electronic chemicals, deepen the collaborative innovation among industry, academia and research, break through core technological barriers, and build a high-level R&D center and talent highland. The second is to highlight the thinking of the chain. Build a cluster development pattern, give full play to the leading role of leading enterprises, attract upstream and downstream supporting enterprises to gather, promote the deep integration of the industrial chain, innovation chain, capital chain and talent chain, and help Cangzhou build an electronic chemicals industrial base with national influence. Third, we should adhere to the green color, practice safe and green development, enhance the intrinsic safety level through intelligent and digital means, and promote low-carbon transformation through green processes and circular economy. The Department of Industry and Information Technology of Hebei Province will fully support the construction of the industrial park and continue to support the high-quality development of the green chemical industry in Cangzhou City.
Xu Liyong, the general manager of Cangzhou Huayu Special Gas Co., LTD., stated that as one of the first batch of enterprises to settle in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei High-End Electronic Chemicals Industrial Park, the company will fully leverage its technological, production and market advantages in the field of electronic special gases, and deeply participate in the construction and development of the industrial park. On the one hand, it will continuously explore and innovate the production process of electronic special gases to improve product quality. Provide more high-quality and stable raw material guarantees for enterprises within the park. On the other hand, based on the existing industrial foundation, we will carry out in-depth layout around the electronic chemicals industry chain, develop a series of high value-added products such as electronic-grade ethyl silicate, electronic-grade hydrogen chloride, and electronic-grade silica, fill the market gap, and improve the industrial ecosystem.

On the opening day of the park, Cangzhou Lingang Economic and Technological Development Zone signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the Ministry of Education's High-purity Chemical Preparation Technology Project for Integrated Circuits of Beijing University of Chemical Technology. Seven enterprises that have settled in the Lingang Development Zone signed new product and new technology research and development agreements with professors from Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Tianjin University, Hebei University of Technology and other universities.
