Project Scope
This project utilizes low-octane straight-run naphtha from the atmospheric distillation unit, hydrocracking heavy naphtha, and a small amount of hydrotreated naphtha as feedstocks to produce high-octane gasoline components, with hydrogen and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) as by-products. The pretreatment section employs a process scheme of "hydrogenation followed by fractionation," where the prefractionator and the evaporator are integrated into a single column. The reforming section adopts an ultra-low pressure continuous catalytic reforming process technology. For catalyst regeneration, UOP's CYCLEMAX technology is utilized. The benzene extraction section applies the single-benzene extractive distillation process technology developed by the Research Institute of Petroleum Processing (RIPP).
