Project Scope
This project utilizes hydrotreated atmospheric residue from the residue hydrogenation unit as feedstock, with a coke yield of 9.5%. The reactor and regenerator are arranged side-by-side at different elevations. The reaction section employs the ECC riser reactor technology developed by Qingdao Jingrun Petrochemical Design & Research Institute Co., Ltd. The regenerator utilizes a complete regeneration technology with flue gas in series from a fast fluidized bed followed by a turbulent bed. The total liquid yield (LPG + gasoline + diesel) is comparable to that of conventional FCC processes.
