To further optimize the business environment, promote the quality and efficiency improvement of government services, and actively and steadily advance the application and renewal of the qualification certificate for construction project quality inspection, the following matters are hereby notified:

The old version of the qualification for construction project quality inspection institutions will expire on April 30, 2025. Enterprises that have not yet completed the replacement of the new version of the qualification certificate can, before December 31, 2025, continue to log in to the Hebei Government Services Network according to the original path and requirements, select the new qualification verification and submit the application. Our department will continue to uniformly handle acceptance and approval in accordance with the principle of "unified service standards, reduced connection procedures, and centralized and prompt services". All local housing and urban-rural development departments are requested to fulfill their industry supervision responsibilities, provide daily management and guidance services to enterprises, further maintain the good order of the testing market, and contribute to creating a fair and just market environment.
