Recently, the complete pressure swing adsorption equipment designed and supplied by our company, Shandong Jinzhi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jinzhi Environmental"), was successfully put into operation in the 5,000-ton hydrogenated nitrile rubber project of Zhejiang Zansheng New Materials Co., Ltd., producing qualified products. The product recovery rate fully meets the design requirements.

In this project, JinZhi Environmental Protection fully leveraged its technical advantages in the field of gas separation and purification, adopting the advanced "Pre-treatment PSA" process to custom-design high-performance pressure swing adsorption (PSA) equipment for Zhejiang Zansheng. The system offers the following significant technical advantages:
1. Outstanding processing capacity: The unit can stably handle up to 600 Nm³/h.
2. Comprehensive pre-treatment system: Equipped with a specialized HCl removal tank, it efficiently eliminates moisture, chlorides, and other impurities from the feed gas.
3. Strong operational stability: The optimally designed pre-treatment system effectively protects the adsorbent, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

In response to the unique spatial constraints of the Zhejiang Zansheng project site, the Jinzhi Environmental Protection technology team employed an integrated skid-mounted design, successfully consolidating the equipment within a standard 6m × 3m skid unit.
