Jinzhi Environmental assists Haidong Red Lion in the successful completion of the 100,000-ton-per-year synthetic hydrogen adsorption system.
Recently, the hydrogen gas adsorption system for trichlorosilane synthesis, part of the first phase of Haidong Red Lion Semiconductor Co., Ltd.'s silicon-based new materials project—producing 100,000 tons of polysilicon annually—developed with participation from our company, Shandong JinZhi Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “JinZhi Environmental”), has successfully completed mechanical acceptance and is about to enter the material feeding and commissioning stage.

Resolving Challenges to Achieve a Premium Plateau Project
The project is located in Huzhu County, Haidong City, Qinghai Province, an area of high altitude, low temperatures, and harsh natural conditions, making construction extremely challenging.
Faced with numerous obstacles, the JinZhi Environmental project team, leveraging solid engineering experience and professional technical capabilities, organized the work scientifically and carried out precise construction. From equipment installation and piping to airtightness testing and single-machine commissioning, the team strictly controlled quality and safety throughout the process to ensure smooth coordination and steady progress at every step.
In terms of process design and equipment integration, JinZhi Environmental adopted a six-tower skid-mounted PSA system equipped with rotary valves. With an overall dimension of only 3m × 8.7m, the system is compact and highly integrated, greatly enhancing onsite installation efficiency and demonstrating our company’s technical R&D-driven approach and client-focused professional capabilities.
Innovative Process for Efficient Resource Utilization
The core task of this system is to purify and refine feed gas containing complex components such as HCl, SiH₂Cl₂, and SiHCl₃, producing hydrogen with a purity of 99.99% while achieving efficient recovery of chlorides. To meet the client’s operational requirements of "low energy consumption and high yield," the JinZhi Environmental technical team employed a PSA process combined with a vacuum unit to achieve efficient recovery and reuse of the decomposed gas. This approach not only reduces operating costs but also improves resource utilization and minimizes waste emissions, highlighting our company’s innovative capabilities in environmental technology and clean production.
