On October 25th, the on-site meeting for the promotion and exchange of National Enterprise Management Innovation achievements of Shandong Haihua Group was held in Weifang, Shandong Province. Experts attending the meeting all "praised" the new model of "point and line" target management of Haihua Group.

According to Wang Yongzhi, the deputy secretary of the Party Committee and general manager of Shandong Haihua Group, the "point-line" target management is a response by Haihua Co., Ltd. to the national call. By practicing the development concepts of "green, low-carbon, circular, intensive, intelligent and high-end", it explores a more refined, collaborative and efficient management model and iterates more energy-saving, consumption-reducing and quality-improving "four new technologies". Since Haihua Group implemented the "point and line" target management, the enterprise's benefits have reached new highs. Over the past three years, it has achieved a total profit and tax of 6.719 billion yuan, among which the total profit was 3.997 billion yuan. From January to September this year, Haihua Group achieved a total profit and tax of 926 million yuan, among which the total profit was 403 million yuan. In addition, the group has achieved remarkable results in cost reduction and efficiency improvement, with a cumulative reduction of 300 million yuan in unit consumption over the past five years. Zhu Hongren, the Party Secretary, Executive Vice President and Secretary-General of the China Enterprise Confederation, said that Haihua Group has demonstrated through its own practice that for an enterprise to transform from a "follower" to a "leader", it must empower the in-depth transformation and upgrading of industries with new technologies, continuously form new drivers and new Spaces for high-quality development through management innovation, and gain the initiative in development.
