There has been new progress in the PTA project of Jiangsu Hailun Petrochemical
On August 19th, the No. 2 compressor of the PTA project of Jiangsu Hailun Petrochemical, which was constructed by the Inner Mongolia Branch of China Chemical Engineering 11th Construction Co., LTD., was successfully installed in place, marking the peak period of equipment installation for the project.
It is reported that the compressor is 10 meters long, 6 meters wide and weighs 180 tons. A 450T crawler crane was used on site for hoisting, with a lifting height of 29 meters. The entire hoisting process was very difficult, as it required climbing over the compressor factory building and returning the hook to lift the compressor onto the foundation. The project department made early plans. The on-site construction personnel strictly carried out the hoisting operation in accordance with the construction plan. With the unremitting efforts of the team, after nearly 4 hours of hard work, the compressor was accurately positioned at one time, meeting the design specifications.
