The 2025 World Potash Conference will open in July
According to Wu Na, deputy secretary-general of the Potassium Salt and Potassium Fertilizer Industry Branch of the China Inorganic Salt Industry Association, this conference focuses on the innovation and empowerment of salt lakes, building a new ecosystem for the world-class salt lake industry, painting a new picture for the potassium salt and potassium fertilizer industry, and responding to the needs of The Times and the changes in the industry. The conference continued to focus on the cutting-edge of the industry, gather global wisdom, and promote the deepening of international cooperation in the salt lake industry in areas such as technology research and development, standard setting, and market expansion, to build a win-win pattern.
The conference, in the form of "promoting the exhibition through the conference and boosting the conference through the exhibition", has set up multiple sections including keynote speeches, special reports, high-level interviews, industrial matchmaking, cooperation signing, new technology release, on-site interaction, trade exchanges, and exhibitions of products, equipment and technologies. Zhang Decai, the vice mayor of Golmud City, Qinghai Province, pointed out that Golmud City is striving to build two trillion-yuan industries, namely salt lake chemical industry and clean energy, five hundred-billion-yuan industries and N characteristic industrial clusters. The salt lake industry serves as the "ballast stone" for ensuring national food security and also as the "experimental field" for fostering new quality productive forces.
