The foundation of the pipe rack for the Ningxia Ruiyuan ethyl Acetate and crude alcohol Purification Project has been fully completed
Recently, with the last pump of grouting material being pumped into the pipe rack pile body, the pipe rack foundation project of the Ningxia Ruiyuan Ethyl Acetate and Crude Alcohol Purification Project, constructed by the Northwest Branch of China Chemical Engineering 11th Construction Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Northwest Branch"), has been fully completed. All indicators have met the design requirements, marking that the project is about to enter the steel structure construction stage.
The pipe rack foundation is the substructure of the steel structure, responsible for supporting the heavy upper steel structure and the tank body. It is a key node project in the entire project construction. This pipe rack foundation project involves a total of 136 meters of pipe rack areas from X01 to X25, and a total of 61 independent pipe rack foundations have been constructed. Before backfilling, the foundations of these independent pipe racks all underwent strict epoxy asphalt coating treatment to ensure the anti-corrosion and durability of the foundations. The construction workers carefully mixed the lime soil in a ratio of 3:7 as per the design requirements, laid a solid cushion layer, and compacted the lime soil layer by injecting water, further enhancing the stability and load-bearing capacity of the foundation.
Throughout the entire construction process, there were many unfavorable factors such as complex geological conditions, numerous cross-operation surfaces, and high construction difficulty. Therefore, before construction, the project team compiled a special construction plan and emergency response plan based on the actual situation of the project, rationally allocated equipment, organized various subcontracting teams to enter the site in an orderly manner, continuously optimized the construction process, and actively communicated and coordinated with all parties. The pipe rack foundation project was finally successfully completed, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent steel structure construction. Next, the project team will take the completion of the pipe rack foundation as a new starting point, further strengthen safety and quality management, and spare no effort to complete the steel structure construction work, providing a solid guarantee for the project to be put into production on schedule.
