The pile foundation project of the closed coke removal project of the coking unit of Fushun Petrochemical, which was contracted by the Dalian Branch of Kunlun, has been completed
On May 7th, as the roaring sound of the pile driver operating inside the facility gradually died down, the pile foundation project of the closed coking removal project of the coking unit of Fushun Petrochemical Company was completed. This marks the successful achievement of the first milestone node of the general contracting of this project by the Dalian Branch of Kunlun Engineering.
The closed coke removal project of the coking unit is the largest single project in terms of scale and engineering volume among the coking project group of the 800,000-ton/year ethylene plant upgrading and transformation project of Fushun Petrochemical this year. To ensure the construction of the pile foundation, the project department fully leveraged the integrated management advantages of the EPC project. The design and procurement departments closely combined with the on-site construction and took the initiative to work, completing the pile foundation construction drawing design ahead of schedule, providing a fundamental guarantee for the realization of the milestone node goals of the pile foundation engineering construction. During this process, the purchasing and design personnel overcame difficulties such as a large volume of return investment tasks and a tight design schedule, and provided high-quality construction drawings. The on-site construction overcame the limitations of the coking unit being in operation on the on-site construction conditions of the renovation project. It was carefully organized and coordinated to ensure the normal progress of the construction.
During the construction process, the project department of Dalian Branch, in collaboration with local units, design departments, and supervision units, strictly implemented the responsibility system for work safety. Strengthen the quality and safety management of the project by means of conducting construction drawing reviews, safety and technical briefings, etc. Strengthen process control through daily regular meetings, special supervision and other means to minimize the impact of the pile foundation construction process on the normal production and operation of existing production facilities. Meanwhile, the construction site adopted a "24-hour non-stop" operation mode, successfully achieving the milestone goal of the pile foundation project under the premise of ensuring quality.
The pile foundation construction of the project engineering was all successfully completed, further promoting the construction progress of the project and greatly boosting the morale of the project department and all construction personnel.
