The trial operation of the automated unloading device of Jinhai Titanium Industry
On May 6th, the automated robot (mechanical arm) unloading equipment of the Moore unit in the joint water washing workshop of Jinhai Titanium Industry was put into trial operation.
Given the poor working environment and high temperature in the unloading section of the Moore unit in the combined water washing workshop, especially in summer, manual unloading not only increases the labor intensity of workers but also easily leads to the occurrence of heatstroke. To improve working conditions and enhance production efficiency, the company meticulously organized on-site inspections of mechanical arm suppliers, focusing on evaluating the equipment's high-temperature resistance, load capacity, and operational stability. Eventually, it successfully introduced an automated robot (mechanical arm) unloading system that met the workshop environment requirements, optimizing the production process through technological means.
This project is planned to be implemented in phases. Initially, one set of equipment will be purchased for trial operation. Subsequently, the purchase and installation of the remaining three sets of equipment will be gradually advanced based on the usage effect. By replacing the traditional manual unloading process with robotic arm automation technology, this measure not only significantly reduces the labor intensity of workers, but also greatly enhances the on-site safety operation level, and effectively improves production efficiency at the same time.
