From May 22nd to 23rd, the "Practical Operation Training Course on Legal Risk Prevention for Survey and Design Enterprises (Free of charge)" was successfully held in Jinan, Shandong Province, hosted by the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, organized by the Shandong Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, and co-organized by Shandong Provincial Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., LTD. Pang Zongzhan, vice chairman and secretary-general of the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Gu Guodong, chairman of the Shandong Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Hou Wei, chairman of Shandong Provincial Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., LTD., and Wang Baofeng, general manager of Shandong Provincial Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., LTD., attended the opening ceremony and delivered a speech. Wu Cundong, deputy secretary-general of the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, presided over the opening ceremony of the training. This training session invited several authoritative experts in the industry to give lectures, and over 240 trainees from across the country participated in the training.

In his opening speech, Pang Zongzhan expounded on the purpose of holding this training, the course arrangement and the training discipline requirements. He pointed out that China's economy is currently in a critical period of transformation and upgrading, and the growth rate of fixed asset investment has slowed down. The competition in the survey and design market is fierce. Many enterprises are confronted with problems such as insufficient business, difficulty in collecting payments, declining employee income, and unstable teams, and legal risks are constantly increasing. To assist enterprises in dealing with legal risks in areas such as contract management, collection of project funds, enterprise mergers and reorganizations, and labor employment, the China Association of Surveying, Design and Consulting has planned and held this training, aiming to help enterprises systematically master relevant knowledge and skills and enhance their prevention capabilities. Pang Zongzhan emphasized that this training is conducted for free to alleviate the burden on enterprises and fulfill the industry association's function of "providing services", demonstrating the association's responsibility and commitment to serving society, the industry and its members.

In his opening remarks, Gu Guodong pointed out that in recent years, the survey and design industry has generally faced a complex legal environment, and risk prevention and control is the guarantee for the development of enterprises. This free training, meticulously organized by the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, has invited authoritative experts in the industry. It is of profound significance for enhancing the risk resistance and competitiveness of enterprises in the industry.

During the two-day training, five lecturers and experts closely focused on themes such as contract risk prevention for survey and design enterprises, practical collection of project funds, policies on the reorganization, division and merger of survey and design enterprises, legal risks in enterprise mergers and acquisitions, and legal risks in labor employment. They provided in-depth explanations from theory to case analysis. The trainees generally expressed that the training content was rich, the course quality was high, and it was highly inspiring and practical for specific work, from which they benefited a lot.
