The review meeting for the "Technical Code for Application of Smart Pumping Stations in Urban Water Supply Systems (Draft for Review)", a group standard of the China Association for Engineering Consulting, was held in Harbin
On May 26th, the review meeting of the China Association for Engineering Consulting's group standard "Technical Code for Application of Smart Pumping Stations in Urban Water Supply Systems (Draft for Review)" (hereinafter referred to as the "Standard") was held in Harbin. Wang Yi, the executive vice secretary-general of the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. Chen Yong, the president of the Water System Branch of the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, Yang Jinchun, an expert from the Standardization Work Committee of the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting, Liang Heng, the dean of the School of Environment of Harbin Institute of Technology, and Pang Jiwei, the deputy general manager of science and technology of Harbin Kaina Technology Co., LTD., respectively delivered speeches. Professor Gao Jinliang from the School of Environment of Harbin Institute of Technology delivered a concluding speech on behalf of the compiling unit. The meeting was presided over by Yun Jinjuan, the deputy secretary-general of the Water System Branch of the China Association of Survey, Design and Consulting. Representatives from member units of the compilation group, including Shanghai Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute (Group) Co., LTD., China Urban Construction Research Institute Co., LTD., Beijing Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., LTD., and Shenyang Water Technology Industry Group Co., LTD., attended the meeting.
Wang Yi elaborated on the latest requirements for the management of group standards, highly affirmed the group standard management work of the Water System Branch, and encouraged the branch to continue to effectively promote the compilation progress, strictly control the quality of standards, and strengthen the subsequent publicity, implementation and promotion of standards.
The team consists of Zeng Xiaobing, deputy chief Engineer of the Construction Comprehensive Survey, Research and Design Institute Co., LTD., Yan Yu, chief Engineer of Water Supply and Drainage of China Northeast Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., LTD., Mi Changhong, chief Engineer of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Harbin Institute of Technology Architectural Design & Research Institute Co., LTD., Yu Lei, Technical Director of Harbin Water Development and Construction Group Co., LTD., and Li Xiao, manager of Longjiang Environmental Protection Group Co., LTD The expert group composed of Wei, Li Guanmin, deputy chief engineer of Tianjin Water Group Co., LTD., and Shang Qinghai, former chief engineer of Heilongjiang Design Group Co., LTD., listened to the report of the standard compilation team on the standard compilation process and technical content, reviewed the standard content item by item, and after questioning and discussion, the expert group unanimously agreed that the "Standard" passed the review.
This "Standard" was jointly edited by Harbin Institute of Technology and China South Municipal Engineering Design & Research Institute Co., LTD.
During the conference, the representatives visited the exhibition hall of the participating compiling unit, Harbin Kaina Technology Co., LTD.
