On June 11th, news came from Hebei Dongguang Chemical Co., Ltd. that a new intelligent blended fertilizer production line with an annual output of 300,000 tons was put into operation recently, relying on the company's own high-quality urea resource advantages.

According to Zhang Jianfu, the head of the compound fertilizer division of Dongguang Chemical, the production line has been tested and run and debugged multiple times, and has reached full production capacity. The products have passed the quality inspection. The company is scientifically scheduling production and organizing in an orderly manner to fully ensure market supply.

This production line, in coordination with the existing high-tower production line and amino acid production line, forms a fertilizer product matrix covering multiple categories and formulas, further meeting users' diversified fertilization needs and providing farmers and distributors with a wider range of product choices.

It is understood that the new production line adopts an advanced batching system and intelligent blending equipment. Through precise batching and blending techniques, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium and trace element fertilizers are scientifically proportionally combined, significantly enhancing the stability and consistency of the products. This effectively reduces human errors in the production process, ensuring that the quality of each bag of fertilizer reaches the optimal level and that the controlled-release products have a longer fertilizer effect period.
