Notice of the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong Province on Issuing the "Guidelines for Information-based Supervision of the Quality of Housing and Municipal Engineering Investigation
Recently, the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of Shandong Province issued the "Guidelines for Information-based Supervision of the Quality of Housing and Municipal Engineering Investigation". This guideline benchmarks against the highest domestic standards and best practices, aiming to unify and standardize the information-based supervision of engineering investigation throughout the province to the greatest extent, guide each city to establish and operate an information-based supervision system that suits the actual situation of engineering investigation in our province, control the construction quality of engineering investigation from the source, promote the intelligent delivery of engineering investigation, and promote the technological progress and development of the engineering investigation industry throughout the province.
The guidelines clearly require that the information from the supervision platform be synchronously pushed to the construction drawing review institutions. Projects that violate regulations during the supervision process and have not been rectified or have failed rectification shall not be allowed to apply for or undergo construction drawing review.
