On May 6th, the third 100,000-ton methylamine project of Jiutian Company of Anhua Group successfully achieved stable operation, with the production load climbing to 100%, demonstrating outstanding operational results.

To ensure the smooth progress of the trial drive, technicians at all levels of the company strictly followed the work deployment of "focusing on key points, detailing plans, and strengthening responsibilities", and meticulously organized the entire drive process. During the production preparation and material feeding and start-up process of the engineering project, a series of difficulties such as large scale, tight schedule and heavy tasks were overcome. We adhered to scientific judgment, overall optimization and steady progress to ensure that the equipment could be started and operated stably, and carried out high-quality production preparation work such as purging and cleaning, air tightness tests, material procurement and professional training. At the same time, a special campaign of "Identifying Risks, Eliminating Hidden Dangers, Improving Quality and Ensuring Operation" was launched throughout the region. From nitrogen heating to the production of superior products on April 20th, high standards have been achieved for safe, environmentally friendly and smooth operation.

It is reported that since the 100,000-ton methylamine project started construction in December 2022, it has continuously set new records for the construction speed of the industry. From the mechanical completion of the methylamine project, high-pressure pipeline purging, single unit linkage test run, equipment temperature rise and restoration and other processes, the construction period has been significantly shortened compared with similar projects. Moreover, all the methylamine products currently produced have reached the first-class standard, fully demonstrating the efficient execution ability and strong technical strength of Jiutian Company of Anhua Group.
