The vehicle-grade methanol-based fuel project designed by Huafei Engineering has been successfully commissioned and is now operating at full capacity
The vehicle methanol-based fuel project for Hainan Shihua New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hainan Shihua") was undertaken by our company, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"). Since the project commenced, Huafei Engineering has demonstrated unwavering professionalism, meticulously planned the layout, maintained rigorous quality control, and efficiently completed key deliverables including project planning and design, safety facility design, construction drawings, and occupational health design.
Throughout the project construction, Huafei Engineering actively collaborated with Hainan Shihua to complete all required regulatory filings, resolving various on-site construction challenges. Ultimately, the project successfully passed the fire safety inspection and commenced trial production, now operating stably at full capacity.

The project is located at the 7.8 km mark of Beierhuan (North Second Ring Road) in Chengmai County's Laocheng Economic Development Zone, Hainan Province, covering an area of 21,836.87 m² (approximately 32.755 mu). It has a total storage tank capacity of 7,300 m³, primarily storing products such as cyclohexane, methanol, 90% alcohol-based fuel, liquid ammonia, and 20% aqueous ammonia. All installed storage tanks and supporting ammonia solution configuration facilities have been put into operation with stable performance.

The ammonia solution produced by this project is primarily used as a preservative for rubber latex, serving as a vital component in preserving the latex of Hainan's strategically important natural rubber crops. This provides crucial support for this key national agricultural resource.
Going forward, Huafei Engineering will actively explore new application areas for ammonia solution, expanding its potential uses across different sectors, thereby making greater contributions to local economic development and the protection of national strategic resources.
