The China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation held a training course for newly recruited employees
On August 12th, the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation (referred to as: CMEC) held the opening ceremony of the first training course for new employees, officially launching the training program for new employees. This is the first time that the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation has held a unified training for newly recruited employees at the entire system level. It is an important measure taken by the Party Committee of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation to strengthen the cultivation of young cadres and build a high-quality professional talent team capable of shouldering heavy responsibilities. Forty newly recruited employees from 20 units of the Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation system participated in the training.

In order to enable newly recruited employees to better understand the responsibilities and missions of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, enhance their sense of belonging to the organization, better understand the current development status of the petrochemical industry, and strengthen their sense of responsibility for the cause, the Human Resources and Member Department of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, in collaboration with the Party Committee Work Department, has worked together and worked in unison to carefully formulate a training plan. This new employee training adopts the form of "theoretical study + on-site practical training", establishing a multi-faceted, multi-angle and multi-level course system that includes Party theoretical knowledge, cultural construction of the Petrochemical Federation, workplace etiquette, official document writing, professional theoretical knowledge of petrochemicals and enterprise practical training, etc., enabling new employees to gain knowledge and achievements in both work and study.
At the opening ceremony, Pang Guanglian, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and deputy secretary-general of the China Petroleum and Chemical Industry Federation, extended a warm welcome and greetings to the newly recruited employees. Based on his own work and life experiences, he also offered suggestions for the career development of the new employees. The first is to have lofty aspirations; Second, one must be confident and enterprising. Third, one should be good at cooperation. Fourth, one must be diligent and hardworking. The fifth is to empower the industry; Sixth, we must have a forward-looking perspective to lead the way. I hope everyone can stay at their posts and constantly enhance their cultivation in six aspects: politics, theory, ability, morality, style and discipline. Pang Guanglian also put forward specific requirements for the training and learning of newly recruited employees: First, enhance the initiative in learning; Second, it is important to emphasize the practical significance of training. After the opening ceremony, the newly recruited employees participated in the learning of basic knowledge essential for the workplace, such as official document writing and workplace etiquette norms.
