At 10:43 on February 26th, at the hoisting ceremony of the core equipment of the aromatics complex unit of the Huajin Amei Fine Chemicals and Raw Materials Project, the core equipment of the aromatics complex unit, the drainage liquid tower, which was constructed by the Second Engineering Company of the Fourth Construction Company of Sinopec, was successfully installed in place.

It is reported that the residual liquid extraction tower has a diameter of 14.1 meters, a height of over 110 meters and a hoisting weight of more than 4,300 tons. Its scale ranks among the top of similar towers in China. During the construction project, the project team adhered to the principle of prioritizing work and achieving success, focusing on quality and efficiency. They overcame difficulties such as severe cold, snowfall, and narrow working areas. Over 300 construction workers "put the greater good before their own families", voluntarily giving up their Spring Festival holidays and working for 32 days and nights. Efficiently completed the installation of over 800 meters of auxiliary tower pipelines, the construction of over 70 tons of ladder platforms, the insulation work of over 4,440 square meters, and the installation of over 30 sets of lighting fixtures, among other "dressing up" tasks. With a high level of professional spirit and tenacious fighting spirit, they turned the "planning map" into a "real scene".

The successful hoisting of the residual liquid tower this time marks the completion of the key construction path of this project, achieving a phased victory. It also demonstrates the leading strength of petrochemical construction enterprises in the field of undertaking the construction of super-large towers.
