As autumn deepens, the forest is ablaze with color. On October 12th, colleagues from various regions of Ftunex set off from Shanghai, Hebei, Hainan and other places, gathering in Zibo, Shandong Province, to embark on a three-day team-building trip.

At 3 p.m. on October 13th, the group's annual conference, titled "Unite Our Efforts to Break Through and Plan for the Long Term", was held in the banquet hall of the Sheraton Zibo Hotel. The meeting was addressed by six leaders in turn. Liu Ye, the deputy general manager of Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"), reviewed the work situation of Huafei in the past year and put forward reflections and improvements. Ding Gaosong, the chief engineer of Huafei Engineering, analyzed the internal and external problems currently faced by the group and put forward corresponding improvement suggestions. Huang Xiaoqiang, the general manager of Huafei Engineering, reported on the completion of the annual projects and focused on offering suggestions regarding the allocation of project managers and team building.

In his speech, Wang Ming, the general manager of Ftunex, reviewed the previous remarks made by the leaders, expressed gratitude to all employees for their perseverance and efforts in the complex environment, and arranged the group's work for the next stage from five aspects: First, deepen organizational reform, improve operational efficiency, optimize the approval process, and perfect the talent team; Second, integrate the resources of branch companies, break down internal barriers, and strengthen collaborative cooperation. Third, expand platform cooperation and strive for opportunities in the existing market and overseas projects; Fourth, strengthen cost control. Under the premise of ensuring quality, strive to reduce project costs by 10% to 15%. Fifth, promote the transformation of technological achievements, sort out the group's patents, build a competitive technology system and publicize it, and explore overseas markets such as Southeast Asia and Africa.

In his concluding remarks, Dr. Xu Zhanjie, the chairman of Ftunex, reviewed the historical economic cycles of the world and the current situation of the energy industry, pointing out that the essence of the current market contraction is overcapacity. He encouraged everyone to view the external environment rationally and maintain confidence. At the same time, he announced that the group's independently developed catalysts and adsorbents are about to be launched on the market. This product has significant advantages in performance and cost-effectiveness, and will focus on market promotion next year. General Xu affirmed the performance of the sales department under the pressure of economic downturn and encouraged it to keep up the good work. It is required that the overseas business division deepen cooperation with partners in Russia, Vietnam and other places, and promote the overseas application of domestic experience. For other departments, he pointed out that they should pay attention to detailed management, improve the reporting mechanism, and ensure that everything has an account and every matter has a conclusion.

On the first morning of the trip, everyone arrived at the ancient city of Zhoucun in Zibo. Under the guidance of the tour guide, everyone strolled along the "Main Street" and "Silver Market Street", visiting the Ming and Qing Dynasty draft bank exhibition Hall, the Grand Dyeing Workshop and the Zhuangyuan Mansion, and experienced the "Tax-free Today" parade performance in an immersive way. Walking on the bluestone pavement, it feels as if one has traveled back to the prosperous era of the "dry Wharf", and one can sense the simple and honest demeanor of the honest Shandong merchants. During the tour, people came in a continuous stream. Everyone took photos and checked in as souvenirs, bought local specialties, and laughter and joy never ceased.

The next day, the team went to Mount Tai together. During the mountain climbing, the steps were steep and difficult to climb. Everyone supported and encouraged each other. After crossing the steep slope, they cheered each other on to dispel their fatigue. Even though they were sweating profusely and their legs and feet were sore and swollen, no one gave up easily.

Although the journey was arduous, the expansive view and sense of achievement at the summit filled everyone's faces with excitement and joy. The refreshing mountain breeze brushed past their faces, taking away the fatigue of the journey. Everyone was immersed in this magnificent scenery, fully enjoying the comfort and pleasure after climbing the mountain.

On the last day of the trip, the team arrived in Jinan and visited Baotu Spring and Daming Lake in sequence. Strolling along the shore of the Weeping Willow Lake, enjoying the ceaselessly flowing spring water, everyone chatted and took photos in a relaxed atmosphere, experiencing the profound cultural heritage of Qilu and the beauty of the natural scenery.

This trip from Zibo to Mount Tai not only allowed the employees to appreciate the beauty of nature and culture, but also enhanced their sense of cohesion and belonging through shared experiences. Everyone once again felt the warmth and strength of the Jinzhi big family.
