Jinzhi Environmental helps Xuyang Chemical's cyclohexanone hydrogen purification system operate smoothly.
Recently, the hydrogen purification system of the 270,000-ton/year cyclohexanone unit in the caprolactam expansion project of Cangzhou Xuyang Chemical Co., Ltd., designed and supplied with the participation of Shandong Jinzhi Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd., has successfully begun operation. After multiple procedures including equipment installation, pipeline construction, adsorbent loading, electrical and instrumentation installation, airtightness testing, and individual equipment commissioning, the raw gas was sent to the TSA unit interface. After processing through the PSA unit, qualified hydrogen product was produced, achieving smooth operation of the entire facility.

The project is located in the Bohai New Area of Cangzhou City, Hebei Province, and represents the fifth milestone in our collaboration with Xuyang Group, highlighting their high recognition of our technical strength and service quality. The project adopts a TSA-PSA dual-system integrated process to create a 'compact modular' solution, significantly saving space and facilitating the spatial utilization of the main cyclohexanone unit. Facing the challenge of the complex composition of cyclohexanone tail gas in phase II, our technical team continuously optimized the process. After purification, the hydrogen purity meets the required standards, fully satisfying the process needs of the project operation.
