The key milestones of the Tianjin Bohua Phase II project cluster of China National Chemical Tianchen Company have been achieved

On April 8th, it was learned from China National Chemical Tianchen Company that recently, the PVC project of the Bohua Phase II project Group, which was constructed by China National Chemical Tianchen Company, has successively completed three core milestone nodes: the successful first power reception of the 35kV and 10kV high-voltage systems of the PVC substation, the successful first power reception of the 10kV system of the public auxiliary low-voltage substation, and the successful single-machine test run of the circulating water pump motor. This marks the official entry of the project into the comprehensive equipment commissioning stage, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent material feeding and trial operation.

The "Two Modernizations" relocation and transformation project of Tianjin Bohua is a key project in Tianjin. After its completion, it will be conducive to promoting energy conservation, emission reduction and environmental improvement, driving the adjustment and transformation and upgrading of enterprise structure, and optimizing urban space and industrial layout. During the construction process, in the face of challenges such as tight schedules and complex cross-operations, the project team of Tianchen Company scientifically coordinated resources, optimized the construction path, strictly controlled safety and quality risks, and carried out multiple rounds of joint inspections with the owner and the supervision unit to ensure zero errors in the power receiving process. During the trial run of the circulating water pump, an intelligent monitoring system is adopted to collect real-time data such as vibration and temperature, accurately verify the performance of the equipment, and achieve "meeting standards upon trial run". At present, the project team is fully committed to advancing subsequent work such as the pressure testing of process pipelines and the integrated debugging of the DCS system, and is making a final push towards the full delivery of the project.

On April 8th, it was learned from the Petrochemical Transportation Company that recently, the construction site of the Jintang project in the Ningbo area of the Petrochemical Transportation Company has been receiving good news frequently. The 400-ton phenol acetone plant's separation tower was successfully positioned under the precise operation of a 1,600-ton crawler crane, marking that the hoisting of the main equipment of this project has entered a critical stage.

It is reported that the partition tower, as the tallest and heaviest equipment in the phenol-acetone plant, has high hoisting risks and strict node requirements. The project department has formulated a special plan and emergency measures, fully leveraging the advantages of regional management and resources, allocating regional elite personnel, and concentrating efforts to tackle the "tough nuts to crack". Thanks to the efforts of the construction teams in the Ningbo area and the Jintang project, the partition towers were safely hoisted into place at the designated nodes.
