The first hydrogen energy integrated energy station in Liupanshui has been put into use
On May 10th, the first hydrogen energy comprehensive energy station in Liupanshui, Guizhou Province, successfully passed the acceptance inspection. The daily hydrogen refueling capacity of this hydrogen refueling station reaches 2,000 kilograms, which can provide efficient energy supply for hydrogen fuel cell vehicles.
At present, the gas station is equipped with a total of 3 hydrogen refueling machines, which can ensure the refueling of 130 to 150 hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks every day. When three hydrogen refueling machines are refueling three hydrogen-powered heavy-duty trucks simultaneously, it only takes about 20 minutes to fill them up. Che Meng, the station master of the hydrogen refueling station, said.
It is learned that the new energy comprehensive energy station in Liupanshui is a combined LNG and hydrogen refueling station. The core equipment of this energy station, the diaphragm compressor, is provided by Dongde Hydrogen Energy Technology Co., LTD., which also participated in the construction of the project and the overall station's joint commissioning service.
The hydrogen refueling station is equipped with two sets of Dongde hydrogen energy diaphragm compressors, featuring an innovative diaphragm cavity design and an intelligent monitoring system. They can achieve a high-pressure output of 45MPaG under an intake pressure of 5 to 20MPaG, with a flow rate of 1500 standard cubic meters per hour, which can meet the large flow and high efficiency hydrogen refueling requirements of the hydrogen refueling station. Through the remote operation and maintenance function of the cloud platform, the operating costs have been significantly reduced, laying a technical foundation for the subsequent large-scale construction of hydrogen energy infrastructure.
It takes only about ten minutes to refuel, with a range of 400 to 600 kilometers. There is no obvious noise or smell of cooking oil throughout the entire driving process. Zheng Dongren, a driver of hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks, said that the driving experience of hydrogen fuel cell heavy-duty trucks is very good, with excellent operational performance, less noise, and more time and labor-saving.
In the future, this energy station will rely on the abundant coke oven gas resources and green hydrogen development potential of Liuzhi Special District to further integrate the entire hydrogen energy industrial chain from production to storage, transportation, refueling and application, and assist the region in building a clean energy system.
A relevant person in charge of Dongde Hydrogen Energy stated that they will take this project as an opportunity to continuously participate in the construction of the hydrogen energy corridor in Liuzhi Special District, provide diversified compressor products and engineering services, promote the large-scale application of hydrogen energy in transportation, chemical industry, power and other fields, and accelerate the realization of the "dual carbon" goals in the region.
