The special review for the safety facility design of the Haike Ruilin Environmental Protection Improvement Project was successfully passed
On September 12, 2025, the special review meeting for the safety facility design of the hydrogen optimization and environmental protection improvement project of Dongying Haike Ruilin Chemical Co., Ltd. was held in the meeting room of Dongying Haike Ruilin Chemical Co., LTD. This review meeting was organized by the Municipal Emergency Management Bureau, with the participation of review experts, Dongying Haike Ruilin Chemical Co., Ltd. and our company, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"). The aim is to ensure that the design of the project's safety facilities complies with relevant laws, regulations and standards, providing a strong safety guarantee for the smooth implementation of the project.
During the meeting, the project leader of Huafei Engineering introduced the basic situation of the project, including the overall layout, process, and safety facility design. He particularly emphasized the potential hazard sources and dangerous and harmful factors that might exist during the construction and production of the project, as well as the safety facilities adopted to deal with these hazard sources and dangerous and harmful factors. The review experts conducted a detailed examination of the project's surrounding fire protection distances, the compliance of public auxiliary facilities, the process flow, equipment selection, and the design of safety facilities, etc., to ensure that the design of safety facilities complies with relevant laws, regulations, and standards. The participants carefully studied the relevant materials on the design of the project's safety facilities and conducted thorough discussions and evaluations in light of the project's characteristics.

During the discussion session of the meeting, the review experts conducted in-depth discussions on the key issues in the design of safety facilities. They put forward constructive opinions and suggestions on aspects such as process safety, electrical safety, automation configuration, fire protection facilities, and emergency rescue facilities. After improvement and optimization, the safe operation of the project can be guaranteed. Ultimately, the review panel unanimously agreed that the design of the safety facility passed the review.
