Recently, the Wanxintai Warehousing and Logistics Project (Phase I) of Hebei Wanxintai Industrial Group Co., LTD., designed by our company, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Huafei Engineering"), has successfully passed the completion acceptance. This project is located in the petrochemical industry cluster area of Cangzhou Bohai New Area, with a total investment of 355,681,800 yuan. The overall planning of the project is divided into three phases, aiming to create a safer and more reliable storage site for hazardous chemicals that serves the chemical enterprises in the park.

The first phase of the project, as the pilot part, focuses on the construction of two Class A warehouses, one Class B warehouse and their ancillary facilities. To ensure the stable storage of hazardous chemicals, storage and allocation are carried out based on the properties of each hazardous chemical (acute toxicity, corrosiveness, oxidizability, flammability, etc.), and corresponding safety management measures are supplemented for special substances (explosive precursor and highly toxic chemicals). In terms of design, the warehouse is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing system, GDS system, video surveillance system, automatic fire alarm system and emergency ventilation system. Moreover, the most advanced heat insulation coating is designed for the exposed surfaces of the warehouse. To facilitate warehouse management, enterprises adopt the WMS system to control and manage the inbound and outbound operations, thereby enhancing the efficiency of warehousing work.
