On August 22, 2025, the hydrogen refueling test run and commissioning work of the hydrogen refueling station project in the Baiyunebo Iron Mine area, which was EPC contracted by our company, Hebei Huafei Engineering Design Co., LTD. This project is the first gaseous hydrogen refueling demonstration station in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia. It is invested by Baotou Hydrogen Green Power Energy Co., LTD., a joint venture between Shanghai Sheneng Group and Baotou Iron and Steel Group, and the EPC general contracting is handled by Huafei Engineering. The hydrogen refueling station project of Baiyunebo Iron Mine has been located in the Baiyunebo Iron Mine area of Baotou City. It is a third-level hydrogen refueling station with a current hydrogen refueling capacity of 500kg/d (the designed hydrogen refueling capacity is 1,000 kg/d). It includes a hydrogen refueling integrated machine, a 6㎡ hydrogen storage cylinder group, and supporting water chillers and other auxiliary equipment. Two parking Spaces for long tube trailers will be built. A cabin-style station building meets the hydrogen fuel requirements for heavy trucks, forklifts and shuttle buses for workers in the iron ore transportation area of the mining zone.

This project was EPC contracted by Huafei Engineering. Our professional design team used advanced design concepts to conduct an overall design of the entire station. During the construction process, our company worked together with one heart and coordinated efficiently, overcoming the extremely cold weather in the local area and the special conditions of construction in the rare earth mining area. At the same time, we organized and coordinated the subcontracting units such as civil construction, equipment, and installation to closely cooperate. It smoothly guaranteed the efficient advancement of the project.
