The "40,000 Nm³/h Air Separation Unit of Lihua Yi Weiyuan Chemical Co., LTD." (hereinafter referred to as the "Air separation Unit"), which was designed by our company's Huafei Engineering, has been successfully started up and put into operation in one go recently through the joint efforts of all units. It has reached full load and smoothly produced qualified products, marking that the project has officially entered the trial production stage.

Make scientific plans and overcome difficulties to ensure progress
As a key project of our company for the year, the air separation unit has faced multiple challenges since its construction began, including limited on-site land use, high technical barriers, and tight schedules. The project design team, with "efficiency, quality, and progress" at its core, has worked together with one heart and one mind, scientifically formulating the design schedule and dynamically optimizing resource allocation. It has laid a solid foundation for the start-up and operation of the device.
Strive for excellence and strictly control safety and quality
Before the trial production of the facility, the company established a special leading group, strictly adhering to the "three inspections and four determinations" principle, and organized professional teams specializing in process, pipelines, equipment, instrumentation, electrical engineering, and safety to carry out joint inspections. During the commissioning stage of the DCS system for the air compressor, the designers stayed on-site for several consecutive days to provide services, confirming the interlocking logic parameters item by item to achieve the "zero-error" commissioning of the control system.
Looking to the future, we will set out again to enhance quality and efficiency
At present, the device has entered the trial production optimization stage. During the trial production period, the company's project team will closely monitor the operation of the air separation unit to ensure that all parameters remain stable and meet the standards. At the same time, they will continuously optimize the process flow and improve the energy efficiency level. The trial production of the air separation unit designed by our company was successfully started up and put into operation this time, providing the entire plant with stable high-quality products such as nitrogen, instrument air, and liquid nitrogen, fully demonstrating our company's engineering design capabilities in the field of air separation.
